About Us

Melanie
Registered Massage Therapist
Melanie joined Rebalance Health and Wellness Inc in September of 2025. She is excited to be back in the healthcare space, having previously being the owner of a Massage Therapy Clinic in Woodstock for 15 years. She brings with her a passion to facilitate clients on their healing journey, connecting the dots about what they are experiencing in their everyday life, and how they are capable of coming into wholeness. Whether it is repetitive, work-related, athletic, or a chronic issue you can’t seem to determine the root of, she brings her years of experience to help you feel better.

Candice
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Candice joined the Rebalance Health and Wellness Inc team in January of 2025. She is a dedicated psychotherapist who passionately believes in the transformative power of talk therapy to help individuals connect with their best selves. I strive to understand the unique challenges people face at different life stages and am committed to providing a safe, supportive, and compassionate therapeutic environment.

Taking an eclectic approach to therapy, she integrates various evidence-based practices tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual. Through collaboration and a trusting relationship, her goal is to create a space where you can comfortably explore your stressors, navigate life transitions, and work towards healing and personal growth.

With extensive experience in supporting individuals with communication disorders, behavioral interventions, and learning disabilities, she enjoys working with individuals and families, from adolescence to adulthood. Her clinical interests include helping people through significant life changes and finding their unique path in the world.

Jessica
Manual Osteopath
Jessica is a dedicated Osteopathic Manual Practitioner (DOMP) with extended training in craniosacral therapy. She is deeply committed to helping individuals of all ages, with a special focus on newborns and families. Her approach blends hands-on osteopathic techniques with the gentle, holistic methods of craniosacral therapy to address a wide range of health concerns and promote the body’s natural healing process.

Jessica provides thoughtful care for the entire family, helping to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being. As a mother of three children, Jessica has a particular passion for working with newborns, supporting them through common challenges such as feeding difficulties, colic, and sleep issues. By incorporating osteopathic and craniosacral techniques, she can offer a more comprehensive approach to help improve cranial and nervous system function, ensuring a smooth and healthy start in life.
Her goal is to create a personalized treatment plan that fosters long-term health, balance, and vitality for every family member, offering support throughout all stages of life.​​

Renee
Manual Osteopath
& Registered Practical Nurse
Renee is a Registered Practical Nurse and Manual Osteopath. She has a background in Nursing, and graduated from Conestoga College Practical Nursing program with Honours in December 2016. She started her RPN career in long term care, and moved to Hospice after loosing a very close family member. She later transition to the acute care in the hospital setting to broaden her Nursing skills.
Over time, it became apparent that conventional/western medicine was not lining up with her goals of providing wholistic and patient centered care, and she felt she needed to find a way to help her patients to improve their health in sustainable ways, rather than just treating symptoms instead of the cause.

After some time away from healthcare, Renee decided Manual Osteopathy was her way to find balance in life, and provided quality care and overall health improvement to her patients. She graduated from the National Academy of Osteopathy in Toronto, ON in February 2024, and is am a member of ACMA, which is accepted by most health benefit plan providers. She currently focus on pain management and general and overall wellness, but also does basic visceral and facial treatments as well. She is fine tuning her skills in craniosacral and pediatric care, and always looking to grow add to my growing skillset!
